Error kicks me from servers

I keep trying to join servers and after roughly 2 or 3 minutes I get this error

I have no idea what it means and I would very much appreciate some help.
I'm running COD4 on Steam, I've tried making a second profile and everything and I still don't know whats wrong. Is it Punkbuster needing an update or something? Please help.

Ok well I feel like an idiot, my next question would be then, how do I update Punkbuster? I'm pretty sure I have to do it manually, though not sure how, tried it with BF2 before but it never quite worked.

If you check our PB folder where you installed the game, I believe there is a file called pbsetup.exe that you can run and it will install the updates.

You can also go to evenbalance.com and download the tool.

Ok I did that, updated it, and it said no new updates for the current verion of punkbuster it has, I went in to play around and I got kicked out again, same error.
