So, Gamestop.com offers 50$ downloads of CoD4, and I purchased it today. After the 4 hour long download, I got in.
I go to Multiplayer and it quits the game, reboots the game and displays "Punkbuster failed to initialize, dissabling punkbuster".
So I continue and find no games at all. Then I think, maybe I can't find a game because I'm 1.00, and I download the 1.4 patch but it says "Your Call of Duty 4 was distributed digitially, please download patch from where you got the blasted game". But, Gamestop.com offers no patch.
Anyone know why punkbuster won't work and where I can get this patch.
P.S. Never buying anything digitially again.
