amd overclocking

is there any amd 64 overclocking utils out for vista?,i have a amd64 939 x2 3800 manchester core with 2 gig of ocz 400mhz, i want to overclock it,or if someone has an idea what settings i need to input in the bios

This is something is done better through the Bios of your motherboard... most new boards have a few good auto selections to pick from.
