Do you lean with it?

I hardly ever lean in game even though its really quite useful, i dont do it because its just awkward pushing those buttons and most of the times i cant lean right the first time (still staring at the wall etc)

Does anyone lean often in game?

I lean quite a bit, doesn't really do that much on a hardcore servers, if the enemy see your head they only really need to nip you or get you with a shot through the wall.

I still use it quite a bit though :-P.

I try to lean as much as I can when checking around corners or holding a position, as it is a tactically sound move. But, like you say, the extra keys to press are somewhat annoying...I find it more "work" than fun. I prefer not having to worry about it.

If I get into trouble (ie. being shot at), I find that when I'm leaning and pressing other keys at the same time (ie. ironsight, crouch), I'm more apt to get fumble-fingers and wind up dead by not being able to get to cover fast enough. I wish I was better at that.

Think of it as rolling a bit to your side. Try it yourself on the carpet, it can be done.

Leaning is part of the game for me, works well on long hallways.

Leaning is VERY helpful when sniping or holding a position in HQ to lean around a corner, its one thing the enemy just doesnt expect is to see a leaning person.

Usually when I snipe, I lean. Otherwise meh.
