Invite some Bf2s people along, see if any other communities wanna join in.

Wouldn't worry about the ping issue.

Unlike games like CoD4 where you need a good ping to be able to hit things, TF2 doesn't need a good ping because of the kits like pyro where you run around aiming everywhere.

I wouldn't enter a BF2 one as there are so many dirty tactics that make the game un-fun.

Team Fortress 2 doesn't really have any rules...
