What servers have working battlerecorder?

Ive been trying to get myself an online battlerecorder file forever now, And I cant find any servers that have it enabled....Many SAY theyre enabled, but every time I finish a round and go check for an available recording, its not there. The only one which I know of that works are the NorwayTV servers, but theyre so laggy I always get kicked. and even THEY dont always work. Anyone know of a good reliable BR server?

my clan's server =FGM= has br but we just moved to a new server and its not working right now
