How come I cant host my own online multi-player match. I get into a random match and they quit early or wait until they are winning and stop the match which I think is really gay. I want to run my own match. Also you have to have your own tv and 360 in order to play a system link match 8 players. I think that i will go back to call of duty 3. At lease I can play and enjoy that.

Get a better PC or upgrade what you have now. :nod:

It is hard to get a server going on CoD4.

My friends and I struggle with this each night. As soon as the round ends, the server tends to die out. It's a dedicated box and everything is running smoothly on it with all the popular maps in TDM mode.

Just last night we had people join, we were having a great time and they messaged us, "you guys are too good, we're going to find another game." WTH! :shock:

We're just trying to have fun... If you keep running out into the open, I'm going to shoot at you! So, I can feel your pain.
