I'm surprised that no one has said "I'll nerf the voss!!" yet :P Anyways...

I'd fix the small but very annoying bugs in the game...especially since they've been around for so long. At the same time I'd add new maps, but that's probably all I'll change, I love the game as it is - pretty balanced.

Make jumping take more stamina therefore preventing the multitude of easter bunnies that seem to be procreating like they have no predators!

Kit selection fix (although in last few days mine has been relatively static for a change!)

Remove bugs & glitch spots

Few more maps would also be sweet

Change Awards so there is nothing that requires a certain W/L ratio as this is not reflective on one's own ability (and would reduce stat pad team stacking!)

Fix whatever it is that keeps crashing my game since 1.4!!! :evil:

Get rid of the crappy netcode yesterday i was in a walker on camp gib with stamina but every person i shot didnt got hit actually how ever when i shot next to them the explosions killed him.

more powerfull weapons
more vehicles especially air vehicles or boats.

i wouldn't do anything really. i would put all the resources into the next BF game and make sure that i try to take into account the concerns and complaints that have been expressed by many here into making the next BF that kicks a$$.

i don't really care for any more patches. honestly, they cause a lot of new problems while solving some, and i don't think good patches are possible for this game anymore.

I would rehire the guys who originally made the Engine and make them fix all the bugs.

I would add more vehicles:

New battlewalkers (with different weapons)
New tanks (maybe one with heavier armor... like the Tiger tanks from BF:1942)

New titans!

Maybe somehow create ariborne warfare (titans can attack eachother)

Make a new game mode - Domination - combines conquest and titan. Teams have tickets that must be depleted. There are some silos and some regular flags and teams suffer a big ticket loss if their Titan is destroyed.
