A problem with MRS servers

I recently hooked up three servers with MRS. The guys at MRS says that the servers are all streaming, but when I click on one of them, nothing happens and then I get a message "You have been disconnected from the server." The server isn't crashing and there's no error messages in the PB logs.

The MRS guys are also looking into this, but I thought I'd take a shot here as well. Anyone have any ideas?

try doing a full re-install of your client PB. -or- see if you can do a full PB update for your server.
