    Waiting for response...

    I just installed the COD4 1.4 patch, and now whenever I try to play online, it just says "waiting for response from master server". Any help?

      Try cycling through the game-types toggle, then refreshing again. Some people are reporting a bug with that.

      Also, be sure your firewall isn't blocking the connection...whenever you patch, you change the game, and sometimes the firewall will not let it through without confirmation of the change.

          Also, (happens to me) try to reset your filters, then refresh

              No luck. I tried my firewall, I tried the filters, I tried a reinstall. No luck. I WANNA PLAY THE CHRISTMAS MAP!!!

              Anybody have any other ideas on this one? I've deleted all traces of COD4 and then reinstalled, still no luck.
