    I have filled out all the criteria for this ribbon, yet I still dont have it

      i also heard this and the middle east one are a bit buggy (i got mine though)

          It should come randomly. I think there's a bug with that ribbon. I got the chinese one as soon as I met the requirements, but I got the MEC one a few weeks after I met the requirements
