Hi,

That unfortunately does not have an answer at this point. I would suggest doing your best to address the factors I mentioned (which means in part at least at first giving out the IP address to people to try to get a player base going on the server initially). Beyond that I can only suggest you check the different forums for the game and do your best to get advice through there. The server side of the game is not officially supported in any capacity, so there is nowhere else I can recommend you go but there.

Those are the answers you get from most helpdesks.

There is a thread somewhere about IW focusing on that and added features in 1.4. I dont know if that was for the 360 or PC though, but it mentioned the end of December.

A multiplayer game not officially supported. Yea. Have that ticket queued to the next level helpdesk support.

EDIT: I just thought about it, Activision probably doesnt do jack anyway, its IW that does the patches. Patches that has been for MP, by the way!
