    True. That reminds me of NFS:PS, where there are a bunch of hidden cars and tracks, though incomplete, will come out in a free booster pack.

    Is this a new trend? :p

      I think its so the developers can provide new ideas and concepts fast to the customers.

        That and some things have to be delayed or cancelled in order to meet production schedules. Rather than throw away good work already done, might as well keep it around and hope to use it later!

          I think Jordan is right, like CTF, I am sure the coding is still there for it, just not on.

          Someone mentioned bad lag when the gas went off. I wouldnt think it would cause it, but a graphics card creating smoke effects are intensive. I think its why they limit one smoke grenade.

            Watch your FPS when throwing a smoke nade, it takes quite a hit when you're nearby... even with the smoke edge smoothing turned off.

            I do have to admit that this is the very first game I've played that has the smoke FX down to what it really looks like. IW did a great job with it and I'm hoping the teargas gets added back into the game.
