Red Server names

So I installed the 1.41 patch, which opened up about 1400+ new servers, but all except about 30 are labeled in red and don't allow me to connect? Do I have to go online to each of the server sites or something?

Please help b/c I want to play some larger maps (64) than the one Wake Island server lets me play.

u couldve had a mispatch. wat are the numbers in the top right hand corner of your menu? (1.12 etc)

well mine is 1.41 and it still says 1.12

The number is 1.1.2963-795.0

Are you able to connect to all 1000+ servers? I can only connect to 30ish. I am using vanilla BF2, no expansions.
