    Msx?

Ok, just read that MSX is no longer. I must have missed the announcement. How'd those bastards finally get taken down?

Someone is bound to ask, so I will get it out of the way. Who/what is MSX and what do they have to do with BF2?

    Cheers.

Everyone needs to make a buck, but the issue with hacks are from the game makers themselves not the ones writing the hacks. If the games were completed without bugs and issues, tested fully and not intentional to put in "God" codes etc then you wouldn't have the ability to create these hacks that are sold. COD4 is a great example.. good game but they left it wide open to write all kinds of hacks for it...some companies offer Full money back, purchase you a new game and everything if you get caught by PB, shown on screen shot etc...its a big business in which I believe the game makers are responsible for.

I'm sorry, but it is impossible to make a game that can't be hacked. It's just a fact of life that every piece of software will have its gaps and holes. But, i agree companies could do more testing.

But, even to make software very, very tight, you would have to spend millions on black box and white box testing at both alpha and beta levels.

Ohh your very correct..but the companies won't plug all the holes. They make too much from players having to buy the game over again after getting caught. They leave those holes wide open for that very reason.

                            a. You buy game, and buy hack
                            b. you get caught using hack
                            c. you buy another game and buy another hack.
                            d. Everyone gets paid (again)
