sounds like packets are being lost to the server.. try different servers..if it keeps on doing it, its on your end or its in the routing through your ISP to the backbone. I suggest doing a few trace route tests and ping tests and even a few speed tests (www.speedtest.net) If upon doing all that you see high pings, bad latency and slow speeds you need to contact your ISP and have them fix the issue. Be advised, as most ISP's have a "Scripted" paper of junk they walk you through so be tough on the phone when you call them and make them aware of the issue that it needs to be fixed. Use other examples of what the issue is causing besides gaming too like Remote Desktop, working from home can't do this can't do that etc...it helps beyond the "I keep getting this message when I play a game".
