Well, I've met all the requirements for the ribbon. (I've had the 40+ Kills for a while now). I got the 5 roadkills, but no ribbon. I got 5 more (the same round) and still nothing (except a Wheels of Hazard Pin). This is the second time this has happened to me (and I had the 40+ kills before too). Why am I not getting the ribbon?
Tis a weekend, all stats lag including awards... Wait till Monday and you should be fine :) I had this problem with my Meritorious Conquest Medal (oh so long ago...), I musta gotten at least 4 Explosive Efficiencies (in 4 different rounds) before I got it.
