I could use some info on how to setup a bf2142 server. Every other server I've run, it's just a matter of a config file. Well, I found mods/bf2142/settings but could use some guidelines to set it up. I have the following questions:
1 Can you set up so many slots for passwords with the rest of the slots without passwords?
2 Can you have bots in the multiplayer game along with real players and if you can, is it possible to keep so many bots in the game even after you have max real players in it. My server can only have a max of 12 online players, but I would like to run a game with 20 (8 bots with max real players of 12)
3 Is it possible to setup a co-op game with several friends on one team against a team of bots?
4 In conquest mode can I move or limit the number of flags on the map and how would I do it. With fewer players I figure I don't need huge maps.
5 Can I limit the number of vehicles or even eliminate certain vehicles from the server and how ?
6 Is there away to do a hold your breath for sniping (like in Call Of Duty 2)or ever remove the scope movement from breathing altogether? If so, how?
7 I'm assuming/hoping their will be player made maps and mods for this game so, is there away to do client side redirect downloads and if so how?
PS. Is it true that there is actually spyware in the bf2142 game. I'm only using the demo at the moment and would probably not buy the game if that's true.
