1437/1400 but no Unlock.. *boggle*

I was a late starter in 2142, I played 1942 and BF:2 but it just took me awhile to get this one. ..

Anyway... I have 1437/1400 pts but have no unlocks, how can this be, why and does anyone know of a fix?
