A handful of problems...

Ok, first I have completed 2 badges that I have not been awarded for. The Medic Excellence silver adn the Support bronze. They were played on ranked servers and while playing, I got the update saying I got the badge. But when I go to BFHQ, I don't have them. I waited about 2 hours and still no update. I read on the BF 2142 official forums that if you delete the BF2142 folder from your cpu's documents folder, the updates will happen faster. Silly me, I do that and now I lost all my settings. Maps only load 1/2 way again. No problem been through this a million times. I'll just reinstall the game and patch it up and hopefully everything will be in place. But wait ! Now I can't find my CD key! What am I to do???

I sent a ticket to the EA support but i'm sure i'll get a much faster responce from you guys.

The CD key is on the back of the manual that came with the game, if you've lost the manual, you will have to wait for EA Support to sort you out.
It's better to be patient than to mess with your game files, the problem with stats is there end not on your computer.
There is a fix for maps only loading half-way stickied in this forum, you didn't need to uninstall the game.
