Can't create new account!

Everytime I want to creat a new account, the game says, that the Internet is NOT connected and I shall check this connection.
Well, I can still play other games via Internet and surf and so. I also checked the Firewall and remarked BF 2 as an execption.

Can you please tell me what I have to do to play this game in Multiplayer?

can you create a single player (offline) account? or does it not let you do that either?

I can create a single player account and I've already played against bots, but only Internet/Mutltiplayer doesn't work.

hmmm. thats pretty weird. really all i can say is contact EA... they can probably help you the best and the fastest
