I have a 7.1 surround setup. anyone else not able to get 7.1 working? i only get 5.1 working when i manually set it to 5.1. there is no option for 7.1 but there is a windows default setting which is what i use. cause my windows default is 7.1. anyone else haev this problem?

Probably better luck asking in the Support section.
I have a 7.1 setup and haven't had any issues with it. Worked out of the box from the get go. I've only ever had issues with games based on the Doom3 engine (Doom3, Quake4, ET:QW) where I had to manually set it to 5.1 and then let my receiver do the up convert to 7.1 -
