TF2 Problems

I cant find any servers on tf2! The browser doesnt pick them up, and if I try to join someone it fails to connect.

I have disabled my firewall, but I do have a router.

The game has worked before, the problem has just suddenly sprung up.

I have to refresh the server browser 1-2 times to see any servers. Have you tried that? (bet you have but I can still ask)
