bf2142 lgging in and than when you choose soldier it just quits out with out an error

i am running 32 bit windows vista home edition. i get into the game log into my profile, and than when i select my soldier and press login it just quits out and says windows has found no solution to the problem.. please help

did it happened after you installed the patch or is this the first time you got bf?
