Bf2142 account creation error

Hi, I'm a newb to bf2142. I want to make an account so that I can play but it wont let me becuase of this error please help me.

When did you purchase the game and where did you purchase it from?

I registered the game since January 2007. And I purchased it from Wal-mart.

If you registered it in January 2007, then shouldn't you have already created an EA account?

well I did play it in june and I made account but I forgot the email and username and password that I registered it. So what do I do now?

You will have to contact EA "Ask A Question" the only way to play it now is to get them to send you a new key, dig up the old account information or purchase a new game.

nvm I dup up the password and username I had before. Thnx for the help now I can play.
