Farcry2 - Its not really Farcry at all.

I've been reading up on the "sequel" to Farcry, and i've come to the conclusion, aside from the name. There is actually nothing to it.

Ubisoft published 'Farcry' whilst Crytek developed it, on the CryEngine.

But, EA purchased Crytek and made Crysis, and Ubisoft purchased Farcry from Crytek, so now..

Crysis = CryEngine2. Made by Crytek, Published by EA.
Farcry = Dunia Engine. Made by Ubisoft, Published by Ubisoft.

So, aside from the name, where is the link?

Hell even, Jack isn't back for the sequel.

So thoughts? Will it be like a poor Crysis? Will it have its own identity?

Well, it will def be better than Far Cry for the fact that there are no aliens this time, plus, being a merc who can start fires can never be a bad thing.

It will be a good game, no doubt about it.
