    Bouncing Jets

for those of you who want elaborate stories, this isn't for you...

i was flying the j-10 on Wake a little bit ago, and i am way to aggressive of a bomber, so i dive wayyyyyyy too low. i tried my best to pull up, but i hit a tree. instead of exploding though, i go into an insane triple-ish barrel roll and was able to fly away. this is the second time it has happened to me. it was unbelievably exhilarating.

I see this happen when your wing hits the tree and fails to register a "hit", either due to your hitbox not hitting the tree, or whatever else.

Yes it's weird when this happens, like it lags enough to make the model hit the tree but not your hitbox. Very fun to see a jet doing that.

It happens in the BF42 version of FH with the Komet (a superfast rocket plane): its wingtips are invulnerable (when parked on a runway its wingtips touch the ground, so i suppose that's why). So you can just ram the tips of your wings into a church tower and you go flying around in a spiral. Or just ram enemy planes that way.

LOL that does indeed sound hillarious.

I've killed both a friendly chopper and a J10 by wingtipping. With the friendly chopper, the wing just made it go into a nosedive/upside down, the J10 was just baffling - the wingtip scraped the side of the J10 cockpit and killed the squishy thing inside.

You can if FF is off. I don't think it works when it's on...

But yeah, that's good fun, especially on sandbox. You can scatter them everywhere and have a big game of pinball.

Lmao! What about if you hit a person, or indeed, a tank, with one of those wingtips?

You can fly a J-10 into the boat section of the Carrier and live. It's fun to infiltrate with. Be squad leader, fly on in, people think you're dead, have your squad spawn, epic win.
