Northern Strike Help

I have a problem with northern strike. I downloaded it form the EA store and have played a few maps. When I exit 2142 and reload it or sometimes even when I go from 1 server to another it says i need to download Northern Strike. It's Downloaded and installed always.
Is there a way to fix this problem or am i just gunna have to click and hope it works

Hi,

I had the same problem. Open a ticket with EA Support. There is a disconnect between your ID and your account. They will ask you for a bunch of info, but are very quick to respond. You can beat them to the punch by sending them the following info (what they asked me to send) when you open the ticket :

- The Registration Code/Serial Number (for Battlefield 2142 and Battlefield 2142: Northern Strike):
- Last 8 digits of the credit card listed on the account (if listed):
- The E-mail address listed on the account:
- Alternate E-mail addresses (You have or you had):
- Date of Birth listed on the account:
- Zip Code

All they have to do is change one setting on your account and the problem will be fixed.
