i take it you meant minimum requirements not maximum,
the minimum requirements (taken form teh back of the game case) are:

OS: Windows xp/vista
CPU:2.0GHz or faster (2.2 @ vista)
RAM:512MB(1024MB @Vista)
DVD-ROM
Hard disk: 8GB uncompressed free space
Video 128MB VRAM, DX9.0c Compatable.
DX9 minimum card: Nvidia 6600GT and above/ATI equivalent
DX10 minimum card: Nvidia 8500GT and above/ATI equivalent
Input: Keyboard and Mouse
Internet play: Cable,DSL or better.
Note: Geforce 4MX, Radeon 8500,9200 not supported.
