The reason some servers aren't showing up on the in-game browser is because there are simply TOO MANY. IW didn't code the browser to show so many. Every server is assigned a "position" in the server list and if yours is too high (4000+), it probably won't show up.
To see where your server stands, click here.
That will give you a bunch of info on your server, including the "Master Server Position".
If your server isn't showing, send a message to fourzerotwo, the community relations manager for Infinity Ward, and ask them to fix it.
