Keeps asking for original DVD!

Hey Guys!
Help needed here! Im b running windows xp service pack 2.
My hardware is 3 GB memory
XFX 8800 GTX, anyway Pc is up to date, evrethnk cool. but when I’m trying to play Battlefield 2142,its keeps asking me for original DVD and DVD is already inside.Battlefild 2 and other games working with no problems
Please help me if you can!

Right click on the shortcut icon and click properties, under compatability is the box checked to run in compatability mode at all?

Try running a disk image instead as a temp fix.

Not working,or I created DVD image wrong way.

Any one sucssided to make good mini-image?Or maxi one?

Do you have an nforce motherboard?

Yeah man tried,Can I use EA downloader version with my key,or something like that,there is any exit form this situation?
