Help leveling up

hi guys,
was not sure where to put this so sorry if its in the wrong place mods
signed up today to see if i could pick your collective brain.
at the moment i am master Sgt in rank, i've been racking my brains about why i can't level up to 1st Sgt.
Can any of you see why i haven't leveled up yet?


as far as i can see i have done what is required
i have been at the level of completion for a month or so now

You need to have all the required veteran badges before you reach 20,000 points in order to become 1st sgt. If you get the badges afterwards, it wouldn't matter, you'll remain master sgt til 50,000 points.

^^ basic badges. veteran badges are too hard for gunnery sgts.
