Punkbuster kicks

Ok my friend bought CAW OF DOOOTY off steam and he gets this everytime he connects

Slcpimp PunkBuster kicked player 'Slcpimp' {for 0 minutes}
...RESTRICTION: Unknown Windows API Function {131133}

He updated punkbuster through the install and went to punkbuster.com or w/e and he still gets this error.
