i cant seem to force screen resolution with this mod. i do the tweak, just as i do with every other mods shortcut by adding +szx 1920 +szy 1200 and it does not work with BGFL.

i also noticed a small dos window popping up when you double click the shortcut and not sure if that has something to do with it because no other mod ever opens a visible dos window when you load it up.

never mind, it works when you create a new shortcut from scratch and no weird dos window popping up either.

OMG

The graphics of this mod make it almost unplayable. (Never seen so bad graphics on any other mod so far).
And i really cant understand it!

id almost agree with the sentiment above this post and i never knock a mod. i get well over 200 fps in vanilla or any mod for that matter but in this one i couldn't even pull 30 fps and im running two 8800gtx in sli. either i picked a truly screwed up server or something isn't right here.

it was just that server, shes smooth now for fps but something still doesn't feel right. was this mod rendered with medium texture settings? on a plus note i found some destructible buildings BOOM!

Well. I honestly don't get it. Textures are bad. Not detailed. Look for example the Hands model-textures. They even don't look like hands. Not to mention the Guns. But if you pull up to 30fps max out from those poor graphics with your GTX-sli setup, then we can only assume that it is bad written too. Cause 30 fps i d expect form a "hell out of detailed textured graphics" mod.

i think the fps issue i had was because the only US server i found was sickeningly underpowered, it was truly a slide show.

No, no. I dont have any fps problems. Only at the start of each map, it gets very laggish, regardless the ping or the server. Whats bothers me post is the way the textures applied into the game.


Explosions are a masterpiece though! Nice job on that.

Eh, i played on 10 different servers and had 30- FPS, if even 30. Unless this mod is just totally blowing all other mods out the water graphically speaking, then something is up.

Because my machine can run AIX(minus a few maps) all the way to POE2 with very limited problems and decent playing FPS, but I started playing BGF and haven't found a server, or even singleplayer where I could hold a constant 30 or better.
