Teamspeak and Battlefield in Window Mode

For some reason Teamspeak fails to work when I have Battlefield 2142 in Window mode via shortcut commands. But mind you this is only when a map loads. Teamspeak ceases to work. I have to close BF2142 and Teamspeak works. But only until I load a map does it fail againc. Anyone encounter this? Thanks

System Specs:

Core 2 Duo 2.66ghz OC'd 3.4ghz
Crucial 4GB Ram PC1066
Nvidia 8800GTS 640mb
Creative X-Fi Extreme Gamer
Windows Vista 64bit

check the 2142 compatibility mode i could be because of the 64bit
