I need advice

I just bought and installed a new gfx driver
512 mb nVidia GeForce 8400 GS
I need advice on what settings I should put in my video settings.
Can someone please help?

I have 512, 7300 and I run medium so you should have no problem runing default high.

I tried high. but there is some lag. annoying lag. medium runs quite fine tho. thanks for the help
