What is your loadout for defending?

The need for a good defense is important for many of the objective game play modes.

What is your loadout to defend with? Is it different than your assault loadout?

DEFENSE:
- M14 (M203 or reflex sight)

- M203 or Claymores
- Stopping Power
- Extreme Conditioning

If I'm going to be stationary covering an objective, I'm going with either my RPD or M60, Stopping Power, and Last Stand. They may take me out, but it's not going to be pretty for them.

Gotta have claymores or C4. I'm not as good with the later as I'd like yet, but you can get creative with either and if nothing else, it gives you an early warning system when you hear the enemy detonate it.

Smoke grenades are another must have. On offense, the team will try to use them to cover the plant. On defense, I like to throw it out there in front of the objective (especially when the clock is running down.) A lot of times people won't even notice it wasn't someone on their team that through it and proceed. They either come out of the smoke into my waiting sights, or the smoke simply covers my claymores and C4.

Weapon wise, I like:
RPD w/ Grip
M60 w/ Red Dot
M16 w/ Silencer

No specific perks I prefer on defense vs. offense.

Very effective for sneaking around not being seen or heard.

Larger Games-

Good when there's a ton of people coming at you and you need to kill every one of them.
