There is a big difference.

I almost have the same Rig as u but a few changes.
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
Evga 680i SLI mobo
Razer Sound Card
4gigs of Corsair XMS2 DDR2
And Im using XP Pro

I like the quad because most games coming out can use it.

Nothing far different from what I play on, on a X700.

Your screenies still look good, but with AA/AF maxed, and the advanced shader rendering fx on the newer cards, the game looks significantly better and a fair bit different from what you're seeing on your screen.
