Multiplayer Problem

This morning the game worked fine and I played a few round before class. Now I have come home and the server list refuses to refresh! And when it does, the few servers it display all have 1500+ ping for me. My internet seems to be working fine, as I can check my mail, log onto IM etc. My firewall is disabled, game is patched, PB is updated. I have no idea what to do! Please help!

power cycle your modem and router if you have one. if not disable firewallandvirus software
