Hmmm... Try snooping around the BF2 files, it may be in there. Otherwise I doubt its up on the net.

its in the common_client.zip folder

open that with winzip/winRAR and go to Sound folder and ull see award.ogg. extract that and there u have it. btw since its in OGG format u either need to convert it or use winamp to play it
