    "Cannot connect to socket"

    i reinstalled two times now , im getting same error , the game worked fine yesterday !!!

    singleplayer works fine , just multiplayer when i try to login on account it say :"Cannot connect to socket"

    Google first, new thread on a forum second.

    Also, post your hardware. Lots of hardware (such as X2 processors from AMD) require patches or fixes to play certain games. I've heard of X2 processors causing this problem, and setting the affinity to one core fixes it. If you don't know how to do that, Google is your friend.

            its fixed, what helped was reinstalling the game 3 times...


            but the problem now is PB ... -.-

              Eh, lots of punkbuster updates have messed things up quite a bit. I suggest you download and run this - http://websec.evenbalance.com/downlo...ws/pbsetup.exe

              Give it a shot after that.

                  Go to Start > Run > type in services.msc > check if PnkBstrA and PnkBstrB is there. If B aint there, restart A
