On- screen names

Is there any way to get the names in bf2 of your allies/opponents off the screen? because it gets really annoying when there is a big crowd and you cant see behind them because of the names on screen.

Is there a way to do this without annoying punkbuster?

dont htink so. but u can try hitting ALT where it removes the flag icons and other icons that are on ur screen. helps a tiny bit.

Thats the way I have always played,for me it makes it alot easier to see.

Yea same here, the icons really get in the way.

I usually turn the icons off, too, but I find them really helpful when flying jets
