Challenge: Best Time Trial

I'm wondering what's the best possible result in the time trial during the first prologue mission. So here's a challenge. My best so far is 16.8.

It says IW's best is 15.1... sounds kinda crazy but maybe we can beat it.



Whenever you post a better time, please provide a screenshot. Also I'm wondering what's the best a console user can do as it's a good measurement for how much of an advantage PC users have
