    Program running in the background?

    Recently, when I exited COD4 to desktop I noticed this tab on the middle top of my screen on the desktop. It looked liked a UI of some sort and I think there were buttons labled 'United States - English', but it only appeared for a split second.

      It could have been your language bar(expecting you live in States/Canada/UK). It has happened few times for me, but i don't know how to make it "disappear" for good...

          Weird. And this happened for you while exiting COD4 as well?
