It could be the ****ty netcode, dude. My TV shots go through helis often enough that it's annoying, but that's not because of cheaters. I've also missed plenty of knife opportunities because of the shots not registering, but it's just the BF2 netcode.

I've seen a handful of suspects, but mostly it is just bad luck, coupled with a smidgen of extra skill on the other guy's side. I know i've totally dominated once or twice and the other guys have been calling me names.

Player location and health is stored server side, and thus it's impossible to make an invincibility hack. All current hacks use memory editors which affects client side data like textures etc...

The video shows a single player server, which means the game is hosted on their computer. You do the maths.

LMAO..25 hours... you have got be kidding me right. Its usually a spef. map, and a large # of people playing, so its not as easy to spot. There alot more hackers and exploiters out there than you think.

Translation: There's a lot of people who are more skillful than me. Even though an aimbot stands out in broad daylight, I can use the "hacker lost in the big map" excuse".

1400 hours and i can pretty much count on two hands the times ive encountered a real hacker in game other than the commander hack and that svd hack that was running rampant a few months back.

yes they are out there and the fact is, 99% of the people using them truly are skilless and aren't even a threat with hacks. when we started streaming punkbuster on our karkand server we nailed over 40 hackers in one day, all from japan. they had been playing with us for months with hacks and still couldn't compete. some of them were so bad we couldn't believe they were nailed by PB until we looked at their pb screenshots. some of them were so stupid and oblivious to the fact they got caught cheating they asked us to remove their ban in our public forum.

yes there are hacks out there but the times you'll run into a person who knows how to use one are few and far between. want to avoid the entire mess, pick up a mod, the hackers have no interest in having any fun, they just want rank so mods are a perfect place to find nice clean games.

just remember first and foremost, this is a 2 and half year old game, people are and will keep getting good, people will learn to anticipate the enemy and they will be correct most of the time. its amazing just how predictable most players are.
