hi i recently installed bf2 and im updating from 1.10 to 1.41 but when the patch installment loads up it says that i need 2063 or a bit less of memory.

to check how much space is left , go to My Computer, and then next to (probably) Local Disk (C:) there should be total size and free space.Comment

It needs a couple Gig of free hard drive space to extract the patch.Comment

i managed to fix the problem but now when it patchs the game it takes forever so it may be because im patching from 1.10 to 1.41 without the old patchsComment

it always takes forever. EA is gay like that. Took me 3 hours for last patch and I was up to date on patches and have a top of the line PC.Comment

yeah dont worry about it taking so long. run the patch and hten go to sleep. it should be done in the morningComment

What kind of computers are you using? My patch took about 5 minutes to start, but finished in about 20 minutes.
Definitely make sure you have enough free space on your HDD.Comment
