Should I download patch 1.1? It seems like alot of people are playing without it and it is giving me crap when I try to do so? I just wanna here what you guys know about this thing.

What do you mean by giving you crap? You just unzip it into your main cod4 folder like it says on the instructions.
The only reason you need it is so that when you play on an unranked server and then go into a ranked server, it doesn't erase your stats. -
