I usually use UAV Jammer for my sniper class, as I always go for headshots anyway.

Anyway, now that I've got the Desert Eagle, I doubt I'll be using overkill on all but 1 or two classes lol.

I don't really whore them I just use them whenever I don't have the upper hand (if enemy has some sort of cover or keeps bunnyhopping around )

Having 4 of them increases the potential of the nade launcher even more (is that possible). In SnD matches, I started using it much like a primary weapon, because ppl in SnD don't respawn, so it's a hard hit if you get half your team naded away in the first few seconds.

I've found overkill to be very useful with an assault rifle + shotgun and I'm gonna try it with G36C w/ silencer + sniper and see how it works. Otherwise your better off using the extra clip perk and use something like extra health or damage.

When you get the perk "overkill" which allows you to have 2 primary weapons instead of 1 primary and 1 pistol, it says that overkill eliminates your 1st perk. But that's wrong, if you click on your 1st perk, you'll see that you're allowed to choose one too. I don't know if this is an oversight by the developers or what but It's pretty cool.
You're wrong it eleminates your 2nd perk not your 1st

what are you talking about? Overkill is your second perk, so obviously it eliminates your second perk.. Thats like saying " the m4 eliminates your primary weapon "

I've not seen where it says it removes perk 1. I've only seen that for grips/GLs.
