XP Limit

I am Level 55 (Commander), but after another 5000 XP, i can't seem to get any more XP after 125.490. It looks like the XP is capped, because i do play on normal ranked servers.

Any more info about this?

probably not because not many people are already at that rank, i have other things to do. im only at rank 32

New Ranks? We already have Commander, which is 5 star, normally all ranks in military only goes to 4 star, so how they are planning to add more ranks is a question. And even then the XP we gather should continue progressing.

I think they limited it so there was no 'leader' overall, just a personal best for people to get to. But there is always reverting back with prestige

For the Xbox 360 only, once you reach 55, you can start over. With a shiney badge under your name.

Let me get this clear:

My XP is stuck at 125.490, but my score (which is without match bonus and Challenge bonus) is still going up normally.

the prestige mode enables players with lvl 55, to put their rank back to rank 1, with the benefit of receiving a special symbol by your name. you would then go and play for lvl 55 again. this can be repeated 10 times, so in theory there are 65 different badges/symbols.
sadly for those who like this idea, this is not available on the PC version. however there is a lot of talk about it being brought in at a later date, due to requests, complaints etc.

I hope they bring prestige mode in, as it'll give us people at level 55 something to do. I've been pretty bored now that I'm lvl 55 and i've completed almost all the challenges. There is no way they can add more ranks, unless they invent some new ones :s.
