I was using the M21 as my sniper rifle, but then I tried the M40 and now it's my fav of the ones I have unlocked (all but 50. cal).

Anyway, I also really like the M16A4 + ACOG.

M16 + Grenade Launcher + Stopping Power + Steady Aim is my favorite combo. One 3 round burst kills anyone who manages to stay in my cross hairs.

I'm thinking of changing sniper class to M21...


Lol I love this game so much, and second would be BF2142, cause of beter gameplay/customizabiliy then BF2

The M40 is far more accurate than the M21. I'd stick with it, or change to the R700.

may i suggest that you get rid of stopping power and put double tap instead. The gun is pretty slow to be gin with and you wont need to worry about landing all your shots.

For me the best setup by far has bee n this:

Weapon: M16A4 w/ red dot sight and red tiger camo
Handgun: Golden deagle
Special grenade: Stun grenade

Perk 1: RPG-7 x 2
Perk 2: Juggernaut
Perk 3: Steady Aim

Idea that if you land a 3 round burst on an enemy without juggernaut to the body = insta kill. Reason I have juggernaut is for that reason and because it is a 3 round burst gun so if you get into a close battle you have that extra time to kill the other person. Steady aim helps with this as well for when enemies charge you.

Reasons why i take Stopping Power over Double Tap:

-From distance u have more advantage of Stopping power
-The gun standard lacks a bit of power
-With Double Tap u empty ur magazine quicker (more bullets for a target)

But today, after reading all these topics i have changed my favorite kit to:

M16A4 + Red Dot Scope = matching cammo for that map
Golden Desert Eagle
Smoke + Frag
Bandolier
Stopping Power
Steady Aim

.50 cal. = FAIURE!!!!!
SAW=incredibly high ROF...so bandoiler FTW
SMG<LMG
grenade launcher=not count towards gun kill challenges
dead silence+UAV jammer+silencer=bad accuracy/mad stealth/decent killz
flash+nade>stun+nade(flash=more radius and longer effect if nade=miss)
smoke+nade=fail

but today i find myself using (gun i need marksmen challenge III with)+bandoiler+dead silence/martyrdom/iron lungz+stopping power(4 SMG's)/double tap(for anything with low ROF)/overkill(which is ironic cuz it IS overkill and u only need 4 sniper rifle with SU↨♀s)

Basically I switch between the two classes depending on the game type. S&D? Going stealth. TD? Going tubing.
